Frequently Asked Questions
How often is your data updated?
The Midlands Trends database is updated a couple times every month with new sales information. Typically records reflect between two to three months past actual; for example a January '08 sale will be in the database by late March '08 to early April '08. This is approximately how long it takes for the county to process property transaction information and make it publicly available.
